Leadership Intelligence Starts With Self-Awareness
I believe great workplaces don't happen by accident.
They are created by leaders who understand their impact, build trust, bring clarity to their teams, and have the self-awareness to recognize when their leadership is helping or getting in the way.
This belief is at the heart of CP Consulting.
I founded CP Consulting because I am passionate about helping organizations use leadership intelligence to build better workplace cultures, stronger leadership teams, and sustainable high performance.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead people and organizations through periods of growth, change and complexity. I was recognized as a leader who led with integrity, trust and enthusiasm and I learned firsthand how powerful those qualities can be when they are translated into everyday leadership behaviours.
But I have also witnessed the other side.
I have seen what happens when leadership decisions are made without sufficient self-awareness, perspective or meaningful insight into how a leader is actually experienced by others.
The consequences can be significant.
When leaders have blind spots, the impact doesn't stay with the individual. It can show up in team dynamics, trust, engagement, decision-making, accountability, productivity and ultimately business performance.
The Cost of Leadership Blind Spots Is Real
A leader may believe they are communicating clearly while their team experiences uncertainty.
They may believe they are empowering others while their team experiences micromanagement.
They may believe they are driving accountability while others experience fear or disengagement.
They may see themselves as effective while important stakeholders see something very different.
Without the right intelligence, leaders can make decisions based on what they believe is happening rather than what is actually happening.
That is the gap I want to help organizations close.

Why CP Consulting Is Different
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all leadership assessments.
Every organization has its own strategy, values, culture, leadership expectations and business challenges.
That's why our approach is bespoke.
We combine structured assessment with organizational context and the perspectives of the people who experience leadership every day. The goal isn't to produce another report.
The goal is to create intelligence that leaders, CHROs and Boards can actually use.
That is the philosophy behind CP Clarity™ and the Leadership Intelligence frameworks developed by CP Consulting.
