Our Founder

CP Consulting was founded by Chris Patzwald. Chris has served in leadership roles for global companies and was one of the first 9 employees hired for an Amsterdam start-up.

Over the years, Chris has received accolades for her inspiring leadership style that is all-inclusive, based on individuals' strengths and positivity. She guides and coaches people with warmth that builds comfort and trust.

Chris' passion for 360-degree feedback is born from first-hand experience. As a leader and single-mom in 2021 during COVID, Chris worked 70 hour weeks and quickly learned the value of employee recognition and work-life balance. She believes in the value of multi-rater assessments to recognize a leader's achievements, areas of strength and continous learning opportunities.

Chris is always learning from all the individuals she works with. She continuously takes courses and engages in research to improve her service model for all.
